Serena in a Sari looking like Dorothy?


Serena Williams sports a Sari, a traditional Indian dress for women, as she walks down the ramp during a show organized for the upcoming Bangalore Open 2008 tennis tournament in Bangalore, India, Sunday, March 2, 2008. Is it me or does Serena have somewhat of a resemblance (in this picture) to the African American film goddess, Dorothy Dandridge (famous for her Oscar-nominated role (Best Actress) in "Carmen Jones" in 1954)?

    Serena is just a darker-skin, taller, more muscolar version of Dorothy Dandridge. I also see a little resemblance in this picture.
