The Williams Sisters advanced to the semi-final of the Bank of the West Classic by defeating Liga Dekmeijere (of Latvia) and Julie Ditty (of the United States) 6-1, 6-0. The Williams Sisters smacked down 9 aces and 1 double fault. They served at 60% for the match and won 88% of their first serves and 44% of their second serves.
