I said in a previous post that Caroline Wozniacki was a rising star and she showed why in her battle against Serena Williams. I saw Caroline play Serena during the Rock-N-Racquets exhibition in Columbia, SC and she was great! Serena defeated Caroline during that exhibition match. This match was no easy walk in the park for Serena as she saved 3 match points en route to a three set victory, 6(5)-7, 6-3, 7-6(3). This battle lasted for almost THREE HOURS (2 hours and 40 minutes). WOW! Serena is truly a G.O.A.T (Greatest Of All Time). She simply knows how (and when) to bring it. Even when her tennis is not at its best, she digs deep and relishes in the fact that it's not over until it's over.
Serena also showed (yet again) that she is the ULTIMATE FIGHTER! She was even down 2-0 in the 3rd set and managed to recover and press the issue for another tie breaker. Serena advances to the Semi-Finals where she will take on Elena Dementieva.

someone posted in another forum that serena had to go see the trainer and that she rolled on her ankles twice, yet there's no mention of it in any of the articles i read. do u know anything about that? thanks in advance.
and serena is truly the best! she's not saved a total of 7 match points.
