Serena defeats Loit; Advances to Semifinal


Serena has defeated Emilie Loit in Quarterfinal action Friday, 6-4, 6-1, (at the Open Gaz de France). The match lasted 1 hour and 6 minutes. Serena has advanced to the Semifinal where she will take on Elena Dementieva.
